I had the quesabirrias! They were so BOOOOMB! Homemade tortillas too! The consome was delightful! Highly recommend! And highly looking forward to coming back! Definitely my new addiction!
Me and my family went last weekend and let me tell you the food especially the birria tacos are delicious shout out to the cook in the back
Food is great specially the quesabirrias which are called ""plebes" in this restaurant and they are Norris tacos beef or goat cheese with cheese on it and the tortilla seems like handmade and a little toasted but it tastes really good and don't forget the aguas frescas horchata or Jamaica
The BEST birria in the high desert! I've tried authentic birria from all over Mexico, and this one is comparable to something you would eat out there. I've tried food trucks & other birrierias up here and they're just not up there like this place. The service is fast and friendly, although the weekends tend to be pretty busy and they can sell out earlier than closing time, but that's how you know it's good! It's a small place, maybe about 10 tables inside the establish but it's visibly clean and there's an A/C system inside as well. 10/10 would recommend! I normally get the tacos plebes which is basically a quesabirria with guacamole & I add a side of consomé. Absolutely delicious! Give this place a try if you haven't already, you won't be disappointed.
The food is great as always, definitely worth the wait. Get there early because they run out daily (that should say a lot). Food is very authentic! This establishment will forever be open. The servers are on it, friendly, kind and very welcoming. The place is small, but always clean and a Gem in the high desert. Don't let the location fool you. Oh and ignore any negativity as you should make your own assessment of this place.
SOLID. This place serves both pork, beef, AND goat. If you're looking for flavor, quality, and trendy this is the place. Tortillas are homemade. Sauces are scratch. They're BUSY. And they should be. If you drive past this hole in the wall that's a big mistake.
